Initial page when opening the MDC FINS application.

- If the application has not been synchronized, it will require you to do so by selecting "Begin".
- The application will go through the synchronization process. Please let the device complete this process.
- It will automatically move you to the login page when the sync has been completed.

- PIT Tag Code Format

- Report Diagnostics
- This is for device troubleshooting purposes and helps us better understand application issues if/when something does go wrong.
- Reset Database
- This will completely reset the device database and all data that has not been synchronized will be LOST
- There is a secondary check that will require the user to confirm the choice in case of accidental selection.
- PIT Tag Code Format
- Submit a support request
- Select this to submit a support request for any issues you encounter when using the mobile application. This will be sent directly to Real Time Research Support to be resolved.
